MOTI Running and Triathlon Shop
MOTI, the new Run & Triathlon Store in Reading, will be joining our club session at the Bracknell Leisure Centre on Wed 25 August.
They'll be bringing along their Shoe Fit Lab, to give members a chance to see their gait on video, and to provide expert feedback on which shoes are right for your individual gait. The Shoe Fit Lab process also features a biomechanics assessment, which looks at your flexibility, core stability and impact of injuries on your running gait.
MOTI will have a range of neutral shoes to use on the night, but if you would like a free assessment, please bring along your regular run shoes.
MOTI's main aim is to provide advice and services that keep people running injury free over their lifetime. All shoes sold carry a 30 day exchange promise, and members of Bracknell Forest Runners receive a 10% discount off anything in the store.
